この車輌はとあるメーカーで4回書き換えたものの全くパフォーマンスが上がらず、挙げ句の果てに最後にインストールしたデータはオリジナル状態よりも遅くなったと言うことで返金させてオリジナル状態にして貰ったとのこと。その後当社にご来店頂きインストールを実施。結果は走り始めから後輪がスライドするほどのパフォーマンスが上がり、不満であったアクセルの付きも解消されたと満足頂きました。結果が出た後に始めのメーカーに対しユーザーは憤慨していました。変更箇所はまずはブースト制御です。これが中々やっかいでただ単にブーストを上げているのではなく色々な仕掛けがあります。通常、概念的にはブーストの制御は回転比例が基準なのですが135iは回転とスピードに対してもブーストの設定を行っています。故に回転制御MAP面だけの変更を行ってもブーストが上がらない現象が出ます。スピードに対する制御MAPも整合性をとらないとブーストを上げることは出来ないのです。ブーストリミッターについては通常のリミッターと排気温度との整合性を見ています。直噴ターボが故に2重3重の保護状態を想定されています。スピードリミットは8bit構成で処理されています。点火時期は異常に低くこのままではDBWや加速時特性を変更しても大きく効果が望めないので踏み始めの点火時期は大きく変更です。中速域から高回転域も排気温度補正MAPとの整合性を取りながら大きく変更です。後はBMW固有MAPの修正とDBW、加速時特性MAPを変更し完成といったデータです。ストレート6ターボの楽しさはオリジナルのDMEでは味わえません!間違いのないメーカーでDMEデータを変更し楽しい車に仕上げて下さい。
